Challenge
A shallow 58-page site where 60% of traffic never got past the homepage (GA4, 2024). Low engagement, a 43% form completion rate and missed organic search potential.
What I did
- Integrated a live job portal, the centre of a richer job listings experience.
- Rebuilt the full site with a focus on content depth, designed for search and conversion.
- Added video integration and a streamlined enquiry journey.
